Welcome to Luisa By The Sea !!!

Luisa By The Sea (LBTS) is a residential complex located just before the confluence of the River Sal and the Arabian Sea near the Mobor Assolna Estuary in South Goa. It is about 45mins leisurely drive from Goa’s Dabolim airport and situated in the centre of Cavelossim village, which is known for its host of restaurants, shacks, shops and access to a 10 Km fairly quite beach of white sands.Luisa By The Sea - Pool Cluster

The complex however, is cleverly tucked away from the activity. It is dotted with aesthetically built detached villas of differing sizes and also boasts some studio apartments on its western boundary, which faces the beach. The villas are scattered between well laid lawns, a couple of swimming pools, shady palms and trees, accompanied by chirruping birds and scurrying squirrels, all of which lend a sublime ambience to the complex.

Luisa By The Sea ComplexIts members like to think it offers one an idyllic place to relax and recharge their batteries without the trappings of the traditional luxury resort.  They believe with the uncluttered and pristine beach of Cavelossim within 5 minutes walk from its south western gate and the lazy flow of the River Sal along its eastern boundary, it offers a serene and refreshing setting, which make it one of the finest residential boutique holiday home resorts in Goa.

Its membership consists of people from diverse backgrounds – some of whom stay here all through the year, others who come here from time to time and many who individually rent out their units to holiday makers.  The members of the Luisa By The Sea Association are committed to retain and protect the unique ambience of the complex and build a harmonious and cooperative atmosphere of community living, in keeping with the traditions and culture of Goa.

People interested in joining or visiting the complex are advised to consult the Manager and the Committee to ascertain the Rules and Regulations, ownership issues and financial status etc.
